Lewis Jimenez adopted a pit bull named Titus from the Austin Animal Center, but was forced to return it to the shelter because the apartment where he lived did not allow pit bulls. So he will be kicked out if he doesn’t get rid of the pit bull.
With no one to take care of Titus and no other place to stay, he has no choice but to take him back to the shelter.
Shelter staff wasn’t sure Lewis would return to pick up Titus even though he had been told, as it always happens.
But this time, the staff were wrong as Lewis and his family regularly visited Titus but were utterly devastated that they couldn’t take him with them.
But this struggle ended after 4 months, when Lewis and his family finally returned to the shelter for a permanent reunion, as Lewis was able to find a home for the pets. What a reunion.
