Sharon appeared in the program together with her husband Ozzy and their children Kelly and Jack.

The Osbournes star admitted she used Ozempic, a well-known weight-loss drug, to achieve her new figure.

In an interview earlier this year, she revealed that she lost 30 kilograms thanks to the drug.

Speaking to E! News, Sharon said of her weight issues: “I was at my heaviest weight in my life at 230 pounds and now I’m under a hundred. And I want to stay around 105 because I’m too thin. But I’m trying to have a healthy balance.”

She confirmed her belief that she is ‘too thin’ on Piers’ program yesterday.

Sharon, who has since stopped using Ozempic, said: “It’s just time to stop, I didn’t really want to lose this weight but it just happened.

“I’ll probably be wearing all of that again soon!”

The family showed up after Ozzy gave a big update about his health.

The singer-songwriter (74) said that the last five years have been “absolute hell” for him and his family.

Ozzy looked in good spirits after his surgery just two days ago.

The operation was part of an ongoing battle to help repair a major fracture in his neck following a quad bike accident.

Speaking about his health, Ozzy said: “I finally had my last procedure two days ago.

“I can’t believe I’ve reached the end. The main thing is that it’s over now, I’m done with the operation.

“But it was five years of absolute hell for me and my family. My family was so supportive.

“I couldn’t have done it without them. It was a very bad scene. I have Parkinson’s but I never think about it.”

Admitting he wasn’t aware of the severity of the injury, Ozzy said: “I kept working with it until I fell and then it just all came undone.

“I’m not complaining, I’m getting on with it. If you’re still moving, you won’t be dead.”

She admitted that she didn't plan to 'lose weight' like she did
