Richard Blais Is Set To Featured As The Mentor Chef On “Next Level Chef” Season 2

Culinary expert was born on February 19, 1972 in Uniondale, New York and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in 1998. He was an apprentice to famous chefs such as Thomas Kellar, Ferran Adria and Daniel Boulud.

Richard Blais started his career at McDonald’s cooking Filet-O-Fish. He continued his internship with the CIA at the famous French laundromat in Yountville, California, from a humble background. His properties include Four Flamingos, Ember & Rye, Juniper and Ivy and The Crack Shack. Richard Blais is best known for appearing on Bravo’s Top Chef. After finishing second in the show’s fourth season, he returned to win the championship in Top Chef: All-Star.

What can we expect from Season 2 of Fox TV’s Next Level Chef?

Season 2 of Next Level Chef is divided into three culinary stages, each with its own collection of ingredients and challenges. The top tier receives the starting materials, while the bottom two tiers have to search for whatever is available.
