Chauncey Spencer is the father of actress Rain Spencer. The patriarch of the Spencer family was born on August 20, 1974, to Joel Spencer and Margie McNeely Spencer in Wilmington, North Carolina.
In his younger days, Chauncey was a DJ according to an image shared by Rain. According to Chauncey’s Facebook, he attended New Hanover High School. For higher education, he joined Penn Foster, HGTC Science Department, The Art Institute of Charlotte Students & Alumni, and Abtech Computer.
Career wise, Chauncey was a former E-4 Specialist in the US Army from 1994 to 2000. He was stationed in Idar-Oberstein, Germany. He worked as a tattoo artist at the Pitbull Tattoo & Piercing Clinic. Chauncey also worked for Dreamriderz custom skateboards.
