MESSAGES shared between a teacher and a 15-year-old boy she allegedly had sex with twice have been revealed to jurors.
Rebecca Joynes (30) is currently on trial accused of having sexual relations with two students, including one with whom she gave birth to a child.

Mathematics professor denies six allegations of sexual activity with a child.
Messages allegedly shared between Joynes and one of the alleged victims – Boy A – were read out at Manchester Crown Court today.
In one series of texts, the couple discuss meeting up, and then the 15-year-old asks if he’s coming later or not.
Joynes allegedly replies: “You better come now that you told me you did.”
In another exchange, they joke about another student joining them before Boy A tells his teacher he should be “the only one.”
Joynes replied, “Obviously it’s just you.”
Boy A then said: “That’s right. The best student so far.”
The teenager also told Joynes that he doesn’t like maths anymore because it’s “too much of a distraction now”, before adding that it’s “because of work”.
The teacher replied, “It’s better that it’s work.”
Giving evidence today, Boy A told the court he never made up the allegations he had slept with Joynes.
The court was told she “groomed” the student, then aged 15, by taking him shopping in Selfridges.
Joynes then allegedly bought him a Gucci belt worth £345 before driving him home in her white Audi where they had sex twice.
He claimed Joynes laughed and told him to “shut up” when he mentioned his age to her.
The boy today denied claims he “made up” the claims as Joynes dismissed his efforts.
Defense counsel Katy Appleton asked him: “Were you worried about what your friends would say if they found out she had rejected you.”
He replied, “No.”
Ms Appleton then suggested the boy’s claims about Joynes had boosted his “status” at school.
She also asked if he felt “embarrassed” and “angry” about being “dumped” by Joynes, which he also denied.
The barrister said: “Did you feel that you became more important or more popular as a result of what you say happened between you and Rebecca Joynes?”
“No,” answered the boy.
The court was also told how Boy A joked with his friends and mum that his maths teacher was “fit”.
In his evidence yesterday, he said he “didn’t expect” to have sex with his teacher when they went shopping in the Trafford Centre.
But he added: “But it is [happen] and I feel like when we arranged to meet anyone in my position and my age she would because she was hot.”
The pair started talking when Joynes gave him the first ten digits of her number and asked him to guess the last one, it was said.
He told jurors he texted her “hi” and when she didn’t respond, he told her in class, “So you’re just ignoring me then?”
The pair initially began texting in a “normal” way, but Joynes then allegedly asked if she wanted to meet up.
He said: “I remember saying, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me?’
“And she said, ‘No, I didn’t’.”
The pair then allegedly returned to her flat and had unprotected sex, with boy A telling his teacher: “I hope you don’t get pregnant.”
He told the court he later mentioned to Joynes that his mum might have doubts about where he had spent the night.
She allegedly replied: “It’s better that he doesn’t find out it’s me.”
Although he begged the boy not to say anything, he sent friends a photo of the teacher lying down as proof they had sex, it was said.
When a concerned friend told his mom what allegedly happened between the two, she then called the boy’s “hysterical” mother.
The court heard that boy A initially told his mum it was “just a silly conversation” on a group chat that had “got out of control”.
A police investigation was launched in October 2021, and she was subsequently arrested and released on the condition that she not contact any children under the age of 18.
During the police interview, the boy was asked by the officer what he hoped would happen when he met his teacher.
He replied, “I don’t know. But anyone in my position, when you’re my age, my age. If you ever see her – she looks good.”
While on bail, Joynes began a relationship with Boy B when he was 15.
This then turned into a sexual relationship when he turned 16, and the couple allegedly had sex around 30 times.
Joynes then became pregnant and gave birth to his child despite telling him she was infertile, jurors were told.
She reportedly announced the news by giving him a growth that read, “I love my dad.”
He was said to have cried and told Joynes he did not want a child.
Prosecutor Joe Allman said: “Astonishingly and, frankly, quite brazenly, all this was happening while Ms Joynes was being released from prison to this court.
“Of course she cannot deny that sexual relationship because she became pregnant with a child (boy B) and gave birth to a child (boy B).
“Instead, this time she claims the sexual activity didn’t start until he was over 16, and she was finally kicked out of school.”
Joynes denies two counts of sexual activity with Boy A, two counts of sexual activity with Boy B and two counts of sexual activity with Boy B while in a position of trust.
The trial continues.
