South African journalist Lara Logan has been banned by NewsMax after a series of outlandish remarks on the right-wing channel. On Eric Bolling’s October 19, 2022 show, the 51-year-old gave a Q&A to the host of The Balance, claiming that Satan controls the “open borders” of the United States. Lara also claims to have met with a member of the “global organization” who saw notes expressing intent to destroy the nation by allowing illegal immigrants to enter:
“The goal was to infiltrate 100 million illegal immigrants, and they were at 40 million at the time, and these individuals would dilute what they called a bunch of patriots.” Are their words true? And they won’t be taught that America is a beautiful country, or taught to sing the national anthem with pride, or whatever. They will teach them all the terrible things about America that they are teaching us and our children.”
