A WOMAN believed to be the real-life stalker from the Netflix hit Baby Reindeer is threatening to sue Netflix.
The gritty real-life drama is inspired by the ordeal endured by Scottish creator and leading man Richard Gadd, 34.

The show is about bartender Donny and his stalker Martha
The harrowing story follows bartender Donny Dunn as his life falls apart at the hands of an obsessive stalker – played by Jessica Gunning, 38 – after he offers her a cup of tea in a London bar.
Deranged maniac Baby Reindeer bombarded the comic with more than 41,000 emails, 744 tweets, 100 pages of letters and 350 hours of voicemails during his four-year reign of terror
Gadd claimed he went to great lengths to hide the identity of the woman who stalked him in real life, and begged fans not to look for her.
However, the ‘real Martha’ was revealed to be Fiona Harvey – a Scottish woman who had moved to London.
Now Harvey, who denies stalking him, is threatening to take action against Netlix.
She told the Scottish Sun: “I have a claim against Netflix because this is being billed as part of a true story.
“I am a very competent lawyer. I would have to do it myself. I’m very well.
“I have a photographic memory and can remember huge files. I was the best in my school in everything.”
Harvey is angry about how she’s allegedly been portrayed on the show – especially how she looks.
She said: “I am very attractive. He’s not Brad Pitt.

“There is a fat actress who should be me.
“He came up with a character called Martha and put me right in the frame.
“This is a program for twenty-year-olds. People with no life, no job, whatever. I don’t want to be a celebrity.”
Harvey has previously been accused of harassing two leading Scottish politicians.
She came into contact with the late Glasgow MP Jimmy Wray, who died aged 78 in 2013, and his barrister wife Laura, 62, when she was a former member of the Labor Party.
Ms Wray told how she gave Aberdeen University law graduate Ms Harvey a traineeship at law firm McPhail Lawrence Partnership in 1997.

But just a few days later, she fired her because she was “totally incapable of behaving properly.”
Ms Wray was then allegedly harassed by Ms Harvey — who was known at the time as Fiona Muir.
Ms Harvey, originally from Fyvie, Aberdeenshire, is also said to have previously bullied the late First Minister Donald Dewar and made a bid for Labor to nominate her for the Holyrood seat.
