A video of firefighters rescuing a man trapped in turbulent water has been posted on social media. How did the man end up in a dangerous situation? He fell into a trap when he jumped into the water without any hesitation to save his pet.

The video was posted on the Good News Movement Instagram page with a descriptive caption. “A man jumped into the choppy waters of Pacoima Wash to save his dog on Monday, leading to a dramatic rescue. Firefighters from the Los Angeles Fire Department were able to save the man. The dog got away with minor injuries and the 2 of them are together! Good news,” reads the description posted with the video. The video shows the rescued man hanging from the helicopter while raging water flows beneath him.
