According to HT Tech, a political researcher, Sneha Sinha, noticed the palpitations and decided to use her watch to monitor herself. In the end, she sought medical help, and during her visit to the hospital, she monitored her condition on a watch.

“I don’t have any health problems. As an avid traveler, I trek and hike in high-altitude mountainous regions above 15,000-16,000 feet where oxygen levels are often low,” Sinha told the outlet.
“When I got home after a normal day, I noticed my heart racing and used my Apple Watch to monitor it. Despite repeated checks and EKGs showing a higher heart rate, I tried to breathe deeply, hoping that it would once I thought it might have happened for some reason and I should calm down at first. When it took more than 1.5 hours, the EKG indicated the onset of atrial fibrillation (AFib) and called a friend to take me to the hospital.” , she added.
