The teaser was shared on the Easy Daily Quiz X account. The site often shares math puzzles, brain teasers, and puzzles. In their recent teaser about matches, they challenge puzzle fans to get the equation right by moving just one stick. The equation reads “5+3=6.” Do you think you nailed this one?

“Move one stick to correct the equation?” they wrote while brainstorming on Xu.

“Move the vertical stick from the ‘+’ sign to the first number and place vertically on top. The equation now reads 9-3=6,” the individual posted.

Another added, “9-3=6. Although those nine will look a little strange.”

“3+3=6 or again use anything to get ≠, but that’s too easy,” expressed a third.

A fourth commented, “Move the top left stick to five to the top right, making it a 3.”

“3+3=6,” shared the fifth.
