Apple updates its processor every year, making it faster and more efficient. The iPhone 11 Pro has the 2019 A13 Bionic, which is better than the iPhone XS’s A12 Bionic, which in turn is better than the iPhone X’s A11 Bionic, and so on. The A13 is approximately 20% faster and uses 40% less power than the A12. It’s debatable whether you’ll feel much of a difference since the iPhone X has yet to find a game or app it can’t run, but if you jump straight from it to the 11 Pro, everything should be faster. The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone XS both have 4GB of RAM, making them more capable of multitasking than the iPhone X, which gets by with 3GB.
Battery capacity is something Apple doesn’t disclose, but it claims the iPhone 11 Pro can last four hours longer than the iPhone XS. The new ultra-wide lens will allow you to take much wider photos, potentially capturing four times more of the scene, and the larger aperture on the new telephoto lens will allow for better low-light performance.
